100m - Carmelita Jeter had a fantastic start and controlled the race from beginning to end, leaving the Olympic Champ (Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce) in the dust. Jeter ran a 10.70 the second fastest time of her career, a meet record and world leading time.
400m - Amantle Montsho won in 50.59 seconds with Debbie Dunn finishing in second and a struggling Allyson Felix in third. The time may not have been fast, but Montsho showed just how strong she is and that she is going to be a factor in Daegu this summer.
800m - Kenia Sinclair of Jamaica improved her world lead this year in a 1:58.29 over 2009 World Champion Caster Semenya who made her debut on American soil.
1500m - Gelete Burka wins over Maryan Jamal in 4:04.63.
5K - Vivian Cheruiyot wins in a fast time of 14:33.96. Shalane Flanagan of the US finished 6th in 14:49.68 close to her American Record.
400 hurdles - Lashinda Demus wins in a world leading time of 53.31 with the previous world leader Kaliese Spencer finshing second in 53.45 and the World and Olympic Champ in third in 53.56.
