Heat 1- Amaechi Morton of Stanford wins in 49.31 with Bryce Brown of Texas Tech in scond with a time of 49.95.
Heat 2- Jeshua Anderson of Washington St. the two time NCAA Champion in 2008 and 2009 and runner-up last year won in a 49.13 the fastest qualifying time. Richard Lowe of Memphis finished second in 50.15.
Heat 3- 4 runners finished together with Jamele Manson of Texas Tech getting the win in 50.01, with Lee Moore of Mississippi in second in 50.06. Then came David Aristil of South Florida in 50.10 and Cody Wisslead of Illinois in 50.34 both qualifying on time.

Will Anderson win his third NCAA title over the distance, or will someone else win?
