110m hurdles - David Oliver avenged his loss to Liu Xiang in Shanghai, winning in a world leading time of 12.94.
100m - Steve Mullings of Jamaica almost tied the 2 hour old world lead of Tyson Gay, but misse it by one hundredth of a second running a 9.80 a new PB with American Mike Rodgers not too far behind in 9.85 PB.
200m - Walter Dix won in a 20.19 winning over the last 5 meters running down Jaysuma Saidy Ndure of Norway. 
400m - 2 time Olympic Champion over 400 hurdles Angelo Taylor won in 45.16 over Jeremy Wariner the 2004 Olympic 400m Champion.
800m - Abubaker Kaki wins in a world leading time of 1:43.68.
One Mile - Fast race with Haron Keitany winning in a 3:49.09 with the Olympic champion over 1500m finishing third. 
Two Miles - Bernard Lagat wins with a ferocious kick running a 8:13.62, and finishing in last place was Lukas Verzbickas the high school phenom running a new national record of 8:29.46. 
10K - Mo Farah produced a great race leading the last 1200 meters and winning in a new European Record, UK Record, Meet Record and World Lead of 26:46.57. During the race American record holder Chris Solinsky stepped off around 3000 meters this coming after Galen Rupp did not start.
