Women's 400 hurdles Finals

Ti'erra Brown of Miami went out hard and just barely holds on to win over Turquoise Thompson of UCLA. Brown out leaned Thompson at the line. Brown won the race by .004, 55.652 to 55.656. Ryann Krais of Kansas was right there to finish third in a time of 55.89. Krais came to the race from the Heptathlon where she was leading the points. Jasmine Chaney of Arizona State finished fourth, with Cassandra Tate of LSU in fifth, Andrea Sutherland of Texas A&M was sixth, Dalilah Muhammad of USC was seventh with Brittany Hyter of Arkansas rounding out the field in eighth.
