NCAA Women's 200 Prelim

Heat 1- Kimberlyn Duncan of LSU the National Leader runs the fastest time in prelims with a 22.39 with Tiffany Townsend of Baylor in second in 22.77.
Heat 2- Aareon Payne of USC ran a 22.97 to win with Candyce McGrone of Oklahoma in second in 23.00.
Heat 3- Jeneba Tarmoh of Texas A&M who false started as the favorite in the 100, wins in 23.00 to make the final, with Jessica Davis of USC in second in 23.06.
Time qualifiers are Nivea Smith of Auburn in 22.80, and Semoy Hackett of LSU in 23.03.

The final should be Duncan's to win or lose, but Tarmoh might be looking for an individual title since she is out of the 100.
