Ivet Lalova of Bulgaria wins in a wind aided 11.01. The race started with a false start by Yeoryía Koklóni of Greece. once they reset the field with out Koklóni, Lalova the ninth fastest woman of all time, got off to a good start from the gun, and she had the best top end speed to finish the race. Coming through for second was Ukrainian Olesya Povh in 11.14, and in third was Ezinne Okparaebo of Nigeria in 11.17. 
The 2010 European Champion Verena Sailer of Germany finished seventh with a time of 11.46 well off her 11.10 best.
